Only products purchased directly from the Müd Wellies website can be returned following the steps described below. If you purchased your Müd products at a retail store or from other websites, these products must be returned to the original store or site they were purchased from.
If for any reason you are not happy with your Müd products, please follow our Returns Procedure below. Müd reserves the right to refuse the return of products, which are not sent back in accordance with our procedure and we may request that you pay for the shipping of such goods back to you. Our returns procedure does not affect your statutory rights.
Please allow up to 30 days for your refund to be processed, however this is normally done within 3-5 days of receipt.
You may return new, unworn or unused products within 14 days of the date the products were shipped to you. This is extended over the Christmas Period to 28 days.
All products must be returned to us unused, together with all original packaging. We ask that you take care of returned products. Unfortunately we may not be able to process the refund if you fail to take care of the products. Please ensure that your return package is packed and sealed securely.
You can exchange for a different style up to the value of the original order, or return the items for a refund then place a new order. Exchanges will be sent to the address on your original order. Should you need to change the address, please return for refund and re-order.
All exchanges are at Müd's discretion and subject to availability of suitable replacement stock.
We recommend the use of an insured parcel service for international returns. Please retain proof of postage as Müd cannot issue refunds for items we do not receive.
If the return is due to a fault or mistake with your order, please contact Müd in the first instance for details of how to proceed. Where necessary, Müd will reimburse the cost of the return postage.
Send the package to relevant country address on our ' Get in touch' page on the website. Please include your order number and package the items securely.
Once received in our warehouse, your return will be processed in approximately 5 working days.
